Kathleen holds space for you through somatic breathwork, energy healing, and immersive experiences that support you in returning to your body, where what has been held can begin to soften, release, and transform.

It’s about creating space for your nervous system to settle, and for a more grounded, aligned, and embodied way of being to emerge.

Not through force or effort, but through awareness, breath, and a willingness to feel what is present in the body.
In this space, you are supported to safely meet what has been held, and allow it to soften, release, and unwind in its own time.
